Specimen plate Nº 1 · $WEB

WEB

It waits. That’s the whole plan.

Something built a web and sat in the middle of it, waiting. No bait, no chase, just thread and patience, the oldest trap there is. Eventually everything flies into something.

Anatomy of a web

Five parts, labelled. None of them moves. That is the point.

The WEB emblem: a glowing silk web over a field of blue light
  1. 1 Frame threads

The outer lines that hold the rest up. Tug one at the edge and the centre knows about it.

  2. 2 Radials

Straight spokes from the rim to the middle. However you come in, you end up in the same place.

  3. 3 Capture spiral

The sticky ring that winds outward. Whatever lands here stays.

  4. 4 Hub

Where every thread meets, and where the something sits. That is $WEB.

  5. 5 Anchor

The point where the web is tied down. Ours is the contract address.

Caught in it

Patient, sticky, and fine with that. Here is what the plate has collected.
